Job Description – Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and manage key client relationships within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the steel industry and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify recent business opportunities through market research, customer visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and industrial customers.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Monitor customer requirements and ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports,



and pipeline updates.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Steel Pipes, Tubes, Sheets, Building Materials, or Industrial Products.
- Experience in handling regional sales and key customer accounts is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
