- Key Responsibilities

1. Factory Operations Management: Manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics.
2. Team Handling & Leadership: Lead, supervise, and allocate work to factory staff, workers, and warehouse teams. Maintain discipline, productivity, and teamwork.
3. Inventory Management: Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Maintain accurate stock records and control material wastage and shortages.
4. Warehouse Management: Ensure proper receiving, storage, labeling, handling, and movement of materials.
5. Dispatch & Logistics: Plan and coordinate timely dispatches, transportation, loading/unloading, and delivery activities.
6. Export Operations: Coordinate factory stuffing, export cargo movement, CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping-related activities.
7. Production Coordination: Coordinate with production and purchase teams to ensure materials are available on time and production schedules are achieved.

Process Improvement: Identify operational issues, reduce wastage and delays, and improve overall factory efficiency.
9. Safety & Housekeeping: Ensure proper safety practices, material handling, cleanliness, and discipline within the factory.
10. Reporting: Maintain daily reports for production, inventory, dispatch, manpower, and factory operations and provide updates to management.

- Required Qualities -

- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Positive factory operations and inventory management knowledge
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage manpower, materials, production, and dispatch
- ERP/Excel knowledge preferred
- Experience in aluminum, glass, fabrication, fenestration, or similar manufacturing operations will be an advantage.
