Position: Team Member

Job Responsibilities

- Take customer orders and provide good customer service.
- Assist in food preparation and burger assembly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet.
- Handle billing and POS operations when required.
- Pack food orders accurately for dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain proper stock and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Support the team in day-to-day outlet operations.
- Follow company SOPs and service standards.
