Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele caller to promote bank loan products, generate leads, and assist customers throughout the loan application process. - Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

- Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, and Loan Against Property.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to collect required documents and close loan applications.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banks for smooth loan processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
