- VMC Operator Operate and monitor VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and VMC programs.
- Set tools, offsets, fixtures, and workpieces as per specifications.
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier, micrometer, and gauges.
- Ensure required quality, dimensions, and production targets are achieved.
- Carry out basic machine troubleshooting and tool changes.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Record production and inspection details as required.
