We are hiring an IT Infrastructure Executive to manage and support the day-to-day technical infrastructure of our BPO setup. The candidate will be responsible for handling server systems, firewall, routers, LAN networking, GSM gateways, IP telephony, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
The role is suitable for candidates with 6 to 12 months of experience in BPO technical operations or IT support – higher experienced candidates can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor office LAN/WAN networking.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewall devices.
- Handle basic server monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Support GSM gateway and SIM routing operations.
- Maintain IP phones, SIP connections, and VoIP setup.
- Diagnose internet connectivity and bandwidth issues.
- Install and configure desktop systems, printers, and network devices.
- Coordinate with ISP and telecom vendors during downtime or technical issues.
- Manage cable networking and internal system connectivity.
- Monitor uptime of systems and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain backups and basic system security practices.
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware and network-related issues.
