We are looking for a creative, confident and hardworking Fresher Interior Designer to join our team in Pune.

The role will involve a combination of Interior Designing, AutoCAD drawings, Client Handling, Sales Support and Site Supervision.

The candidate should be willing to learn and comfortable working both from the office and at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Design

- Assist in preparing interior design concepts and layouts.
- Prepare 2D drawings and working drawings in AutoCAD.
- Assist with furniture layouts, space planning and material selection.
- Prepare basic presentations, quotations and design proposals.
- Coordinate with senior designers for project development.

Site Supervision

- Visit project sites regularly and monitor ongoing work.
- Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, vendors and other workers.
- Check execution as per drawings and approved designs.
- Take site measurements and maintain basic site records.
- Check material quality, dimensions and finishing.
- Report site issues and progress to the senior team.

Sales & Client Handling

- Attend showroom/office enquiries and understand client requirements.
- Explain furniture, interior products, materials and finishes to clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Assist in preparing quotations and closing orders.




- Coordinate client meetings, site visits and measurements.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of interior design and space planning.
- Good knowledge of furniture, materials and finishes.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Pune.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Good command of Hindi and English; Marathi will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp/3D software will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Compensation
