Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong grounding in industrial tooling and machine accessories. You will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts job shops, OEM production units, and tool rooms by positioning our range of cutting tools, tooling systems, and machine accessories as solutions to their specific production challenges. This is a relationship-driven, consultative field sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new customers and grow existing accounts across manufacturers, OEMs, and tool rooms
- Visit customer sites to understand tooling setup, current suppliers, pain points, and procurement cycle
- Recommend the right product from our range tool holders, collets, milling cutters, turning bars, boring bars, tapping machines, vices, rotary tables, chucks, grinding machines, and accessories
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close orders
- Coordinate with the office team for delivery and after-sales follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers and production heads
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial tools / cutting tools / machine accessories sales




- Solid understanding of at least one of: cutting tools (end mills, face mills, indexable inserts), tooling systems (tool holders, collets), or machine accessories (vices, rotary tables, tapping machines)
- Ability to match a product to a customer's application — not just quote from a catalogue
- Robust communication and follow-up discipline
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Basic MS Office / WhatsApp proficiency for customer communication
- Kannada — mandatory. Our customers are Karnataka-based manufacturers; fluency in Kannada is essential for day-to-day customer conversations on the shop floor

Good to Have

- Experience selling to CNC machine shops in Peenya, Bommasandra, Whitefield, or the broader Bengaluru industrial belt
- Familiarity with VMC and CNC accessories such as toolholders, turning toolbars, and collet standards (ER series)
- Exposure to brands in this space (Nicon, EIGi, Schunk, Kennametal, Seco, Taegutec, or Indian equivalents)
- Good to have spoken Hindi/ Telugu/ Tamil languages
