Job OverviewApnaMart is hiring Store Staff / Store Associates for its stores in Jharkhand. Candidates will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, customer service, stock management, billing, order picking and delivery support.

- Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and verify stock from vendors and warehouse.
- Maintain store cleanliness and shelf hygiene.
- Organize and manage backroom stock (BKM).
- Handle customer billing and checkout operations.
- Conduct daily stock and inventory audits.
- Pick items accurately as per customer orders.
- Deliver customer orders within a 1 km radius of the store, as required.
- Support smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Incentives: Additional earnings based on orders handled and performance
- Expected Monthly Earnings:



₹12,000–₹13,000
- Maximum Earning Potential: Up to ₹14,000 per month
