We are looking for a skilled and motivated Laptop Technician with a minimum of 6 months of experience in repairing or servicing laptops. Candidates who also have sales knowledge are welcome to apply and may be considered for a dual role in technical support and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops
- Replace or repair faulty parts such as screens, keyboards, and batteries
- Install or update operating systems, drivers, and software
- Maintain service logs and customer repair records
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting
- (If applicable) Support in-store sales by explaining product features and helping customers choose suitable devices
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in laptop repair/service
- Good understanding of hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers
- Sales knowledge or interest is a plus
- Team player with a positive attitude
