Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their home appliance requirements.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and advantages of products such as mixers, grinders, induction stoves, electric kettles, rice cookers, irons, fans, and other small home appliances.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Assist customers with billing coordination, warranty information, and after-sales support.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
