Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students and ensure proper discipline within the hostel.
- Coordinate and monitor students during daily routines, including meal timings, study hours, and hostel activities.
- Maintain regular attendance and monitor student movement, including in-time and out-time records.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of hostel rooms, common areas, washrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff to maintain hostel cleanliness.
- Attend to students' day-to-day concerns and provide appropriate support.
- Monitor student safety and immediately report any emergency, incident, or reliable concern to the concerned authority.




- Maintain proper records of hostel activities, incidents, visitors, and student movements.
- Ensure visitors and student entry/exit are managed according to hostel policies.
- Coordinate with management, teachers, parents/guardians, and other staff when required.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure students follow hostel timings, cleanliness standards, and code of conduct.
- Support the smooth and safe functioning of the hostel on a day-to-day basis.
