About the RoleCorp Match Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing capabilities, and an interest in identifying and connecting with the right talent.

- Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and social media.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and understand candidate expectations.
- Follow up until offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.
- Required Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Ability to understand different technical and non-technical job requirements.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Preferred candidates: Candidates with previous experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in HR recruitment may also apply.
- Experience in VLSI / Semiconductor recruitment will be an added advantage.
