Field Sales Executive – Hospitality ProductsOscar Hospitality Concepts is a Goa-based company supplying quality crockery, cutlery, glassware, buffetware, kitchenware and other hospitality products to hotels, resorts, restaurants and other hospitality establishments.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop our business in Goa and surrounding markets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit hotels, resorts, restaurants, caterers and other hospitality establishments to develop current business.
- Meet and build relationships with Purchase Managers, F&B; Managers, Executive Chefs, Owners and other decision-makers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Present and demonstrate our range of hospitality products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert enquiries into orders.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding quotations, orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
- Follow up regularly with customers until orders are successfully closed.
- Occasionally travel to neighbouring states for hotel projects and customer requirements.
- Candidate ProfileMinimum 2 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / business development.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels,



restaurants, foodservice, hotel supplies, FMCG or related industries will be an advantage.
- Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Should be confident in meeting customers and developing new business independently.
- Should be comfortable with field travel and meeting customers regularly.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel are preferred.
- Knowledge of the Goa hospitality market will be an advantage.
- Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Performance-based sales incentives – average incentive shown as approximately ₹5,000 per month, with the opportunity to earn more based on sales performance.
