? Qualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry or Microbiology

? Experience: 1 to 3 years. FMCG background preferred (packaged drinking water, beverages, dairy, food processing)

? Job Role

✔ Chemical and microbiological testing of raw water, process water and finished product in the in house laboratory

✔ In process quality checks on every batch: pH, TDS, ozone, residual chlorine, fill volume, cap torque, seal integrity and leak test

✔ Batch hold and release decisions based on test results, with full batch traceability

✔ Recording all results in shift log books and online formats, escalating any out of specification result immediately

✔ Incoming raw material checks: preform, caps, labels, cartons, shrink film





✔ Maintaining lab reagents, media, glassware, standards and instrument calibration status

✔ FSSAI, BIS (IS 14543) and ISO documentation, plus support during audits and customer inspections

✔ Monitoring plant hygiene, CIP and sanitation records during the shift

✔ Written shift report handover to the day shift QA team

✔ Able to run the laboratory independently on the night shift without supervision

✔ Disciplined on documentation and record keeping

✔ Confident taking a hold decision on a batch when required

✔ Computer knowledge compulsory (MS Excel and Word)
