Position: Inside Sales Executive – Loan & Insurance

Job Overview

Buddh Financial Services is looking for confident, target-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join our Loan & Insurance Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan and insurance solutions, generating qualified leads and converting them into successful business.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Sales

- Contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.

- Understand customer requirements for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Car Loan, LAP and other financial products.

- Explain eligibility, documentation, tenure and applicable charges clearly.

- Generate and follow up on leads until conversion and disbursement.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and sales teams.

- Ensure accurate collection of customer information and documents.

Insurance Sales

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, exclusions and premium details professionally.

- Generate insurance leads through outbound and inbound calls.





- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Assist customers throughout the application and policy issuance process.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 0–2 years in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Loan / Insurance / BFSI preferred.

- Freshers can also apply with valuable communication and sales skills.

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing ability.

- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

- Positive attitude, discipline and strong follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
