Job Description: We are looking for a smart, creative, confident, and active digital marketing executive who can handle our social media, make Reels and videos, create posts, and also interact with customers.

The person should be outspoken and confident and should be able to work independently without needing instructions for every small task.

Main Work: Reels & Video Making

- Shoot and make Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Make videos of our showroom and products
- Make videos for new products, offers, and announcements
- Shoot customer reviews and interviews
- Edit videos with good music, text, effects, and transitions
- Follow the latest Reel and social media trends
- Should be comfortable speaking or appearing in videos when required

Customer Interaction

- Talk confidently with customers in the showroom
- Take short interviews of customers after they purchase products
- Take customer interviews when they buy products through Bajaj Finserv Loan / EMI
- Ask happy customers to give us a Google review
- Encourage customers to follow our Instagram and other social media pages
- Take customer feedback and video testimonials
- Should be friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to new people

Social Media Handling

Candidates should regularly manage and post on:

- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- WhatsApp Channel
- WhatsApp Community
- WhatsApp Status

The person should be able to plan the content, shoot it, edit it, write the caption, and post it independently.

- Designing & Editing Good knowledge of Canva
- Should know the latest Canva features
- Make social media posts, product images, posters, banners, and thumbnails
- Good video editing skills
- Knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
- Positive photo and image editing skills




- Should know how to use the latest AI tools for making content, images, and videos
- Should be interested in learning new AI tools and software
- English & Computer Skills Good English speaking and writing is required
- Should be able to write captions and simple content in English
- Good Hindi communication for talking with customers
- Good computer knowledge
- Comfortable using computer, internet, Canva, social media, and AI tools
- Should be able to search and find current content ideas online

The person should not always wait for instructions.

For example:

New product comes in showroom:

Shoot the product → Make Reel/Video → Edit → Write Caption → Post on Social Media.

The customer purchases a product:

Talk to Customer → Take Short Interview/Review → Make Video → Post it.

Customer takes Bajaj Finserv EMI/Loan:

Take their short interview about their experience → Edit the video → Post it.
