Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage sales activities for our Audio Visual (AV) solutions, including Home Theatre, Commercial AV, Projectors, LED Walls, Audio Systems, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage and related AV integration solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their requirements, preparing and following up on quotations, and converting opportunities into successful orders.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSalesGenerate new leads through calls, visits, references, networking and digital marketing.
- Identify potential customers in residential, corporate, commercial, hospitality, education and institutional segments.
- Visit customer sites to understand requirements and coordinate technical discussions where required.
- Promote and sell AV products and integrated AV solutions.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the technical team.
- Follow up regularly on quotations, enquiries and pending opportunities.
- Negotiate with customers within company-approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the project and installation teams for smooth execution after order confirmation.
- MarketingDevelop new customer and dealer contacts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote company products and services through customer visits, WhatsApp, social media and other suitable channels.
- Maintain a database of prospects, enquiries and customer interactions.
- Participate in exhibitions, business networking events and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities,



market pricing and new product trends.
- CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations and sales follow-ups in the company's CRM system.
- Update the status of every opportunity regularly.
- Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Maintain a proper follow-up schedule for all active prospects.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments and delivery.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of Audio, Video, Projectors, Home Theatre, LED Walls and AV systems will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to prepare and understand quotations.
- Knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in AV, electronics, IT, consumer electronics, home automation or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also be considered.
