We are looking for an Accountant to handle day-to-day accounts, billing and stock-related entries for PetPals. The role will also involve coordination with the warehouse and purchase team for goods received, vendor bills and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create invoices and maintain billing records.
- Enter purchase, sales and other day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Check goods received against invoices/bills and verify quantities.
- Maintain records of stock received and dispatched.
- Do data entry for purchase orders, received quantities and other stock records.
- Maintain vendor bills and payment records.
- Prepare and track vendor payments and follow up wherever required.
- Coordinate with vendors in case of quantity, quality or billing differences.
- Maintain records of transport and other warehouse-related bills and expenses.
- Generate and maintain MRP labels as required.




- Help maintain records and orders for packing material and other warehouse requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock receiving, checking and documentation.
- Maintain proper files and records of invoices, bills and other accounts documents.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or billing work.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, invoices and GST.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Comfortable with basic computer and data entry work.
- Should be careful with numbers and record keeping.
- Should be responsible and positive at following up on work.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in ecommerce, trading or warehouse-related accounting is preferred but not compulsory.
