Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales (preferably in baby/kids/apparel/lifestyle products)
Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive and engaging store setting. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a genuine interest in helping parents find the best products for their children.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information and recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent post-sales support.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Promote and upsell products to maximize sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers.
- Participate in sales events and promotions.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure accurate stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Assist with inventory management and stock checks.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Firstcry.com products and brands.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend product training sessions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Knowledge of baby and kids products is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
