Field Sales Executive – B2B SalesLocation: Lucknow

? PREFERRED CANDIDATE: Candidates with experience in the HARDWARE, PLYWOOD, LAMINATES / MICA, industry will be strongly preferred.

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to handle B2B sales and retail counter operations in Lucknow. The role involves daily market visits, introducing retailers to our existing and new products, generating sales orders, and building long-term retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned retail counters daily as per the sales route/beat plan.
- Promote and explain existing as well as recent products to retailers.
- Generate sales orders .
- Develop new retail counters and expand the customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries,



and payments/collections where required.
- Gather market feedback on competitor products, pricing, demand, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily visit, order, and sales reports.

Requirements:

- Experience in Hardware, Plywood, Laminates/Mica, or related building-material sales is strongly preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily field travel within Lucknow.
- Prior B2B/retail/field sales experience preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
