- Find interesting angles, references, visuals, and information for videos.
- Understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, retention, and audience psychology.
- Work closely with the content team to develop engaging video ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Technology, Gadgets, Smartphones, AI, and Digital Content.
- Contribute to the overall YouTube video-making process, from research to final edit.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in video editing and content research.
- Robust understanding of YouTube content and audience retention.
- Good knowledge of Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
- Strong research and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and viral content.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
