- Job ResponsibilitiesConnect with job seekers through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable opportunities.
- Explain Xenova Global's recruitment and career support services.
- Guide candidates through the enrollment and onboarding process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- EligibilityExcellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales, counseling, telecalling,
or recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
