1. Welcome customers, understand their requirements and provide a qualified customer experience.

2. Collect and maintain customer and vehicle details for every visit.

3. Inspect the vehicle and recommend suitable services.

4. Inform customers about relevant additional services and follow up with potential customers to generate future business.

5. Handle phone/WhatsApp enquiries, appointments, payments and maintain daily customer records.

6. Basic knowledge of computer is a must.

7. Coordinate with technicians for service orders and completion.
