? Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 CTC + Incentives

? Job Responsibilities :

?️ Connect with Builders and Sales Managers at construction sites.

- ? Generate leads for Home Loan products.
- ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners and customers.
- ? Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- ? Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and documentation.
- ? Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.




- ? Regular field visits to construction sites and customer locations.

? Candidate Profile✅ 1–4 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking / Financial Services / Field Sales preferred

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Positive relationship-building ability

✅ Target-oriented and comfortable with field work

✅ Knowledge of local market and construction projects will be an advantage
