Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Generate and qualify leads
- Explain real estate projects to potential customers
- Schedule site visits and follow up with clients
- Coordinate with the sales team and maintain customer records
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (Age: 25–35 years)
- Graduate with excellent Hindi & English communication skills
- Confident, customer-focused, and comfortable with daily commuting
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience preferred
