Purpose of the role The job holder is responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle for Store Hiring across our retail network. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to high-volume hiring, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage end-to-end recruitment for store and frontline roles (SI, Department Managers, Team Leaders, SSA etc.) ● Partner with Area Managers / Store Managers to understand manpower needs and timelines. ● Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, social media, referrals, local networks, and field sourcing. ● Conduct initial screening, assess suitability,
and coordinate interviews. ● Ensure hiring TAT and quality are maintained as per business requirements. ● Maintain and update daily hiring trackers and dashboards. ● Drive initiatives for improving sourcing channels and candidate experience. ● Prior experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Knowledge / Education
● Graduate in any stream with 2-3 yrs experience in recruitment. ● Candidates with a background in retail industry preferred. ● Prior exposure to store-level hiring (SM, DM, etc) ● Solid communication, coordination, and networking skills. ● Knowledge of Telugu is a must (spoken). ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
