Customer Support & Technical Sales Executive (International Process)

Role Overview: We are looking for agile, customer-centric professionals to handle international customer service, technical support, and consultative sales across blended channels (Email, Chat, and Voice). The role focuses on resolving customer queries, delivering technical solutions, driving sales/upselling, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via email, chat, and voice channels.
- Diagnose customer issues, troubleshoot technical queries, and provide accurate resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services during interactions.
- Maintain high performance across key metrics: CSAT, Quality, First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Productivity/Sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions, notes, and escalations accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to operational workflows, compliance policies, and quality standards.
- Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications: Education: Graduate in any stream (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in international customer support, technical support, or customer handling/sales.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Technical & Sales Aptitude: Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge combined with strong consultative customer service and sales skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel international BPO environment.

Work Schedule & Shift Details:

Work Days: 5 days per week, with 2 rotational week-offs.

- Shift Timings: Rotational 24/7 shifts (9.5 hours daily, including a 1-hour break).
- Transport:



Cab facility provided for night shifts (between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM).

Compensation & Benefits1. Salary Structure (Monthly Packages)Non-Voice / Email Process:

- Offered CTC: ₹36,000 / month (Fixed CTC + PLI)
- Initial 3 Months (Training): ₹29,300 Net Take-Home
- Post 3 Months: ₹30,300 Net Take-Home

Blended / Technical CS & Sales Process:

- 1 – 1.5 Years Experience: ₹42,000 CTC Package (CTC + PLI + Statutory Bonus)
- 1.5 – 2 Years Experience: ₹44,000 CTC Package (CTC + PLI + Statutory Bonus)
- 2+ Years Experience: ₹46,000 CTC Package (CTC + PLI + Statutory Bonus)

Statutory & Welfare Benefits:

- PF, ESIC / Mediclaim, and Gratuity deductions applicable as per standard company policy.

Outstation Support & Relocation Accommodation: 10 days of complimentary shared guest house/hotel stay (dual occupancy) for outstation candidates.

- Travel: Travel tickets and hotel bookings are arranged directly by the company (no direct personal reimbursement).
- Relocation Bonus: Disbursed after completing 3 months.
- Training, Leaves & Career Growth: Paid Training: 3 months of comprehensive paid training.
- Assessments: Includes internal mock evaluations, Halo assessments, and formal certification rounds required before nesting/production.
- Leave Policy: Accrual of ~2.16 paid leaves per month. (Note: Strictly no leaves are permitted during the initial 3-month training period).
- Internal Mobility: Eligible to apply for promotions and Internal Job Postings (IJP) after 9 months of tenure.
- Rehire Policy: Joining is subject to clearance of internal background and past rehire status.
- Clearance and payment of previous Full & Final (FnF) dues is mandatory.
- Candidates rejoining within 6 months of their last working day will have compensation fixed at the lower of their previous or new offered salary.
