Main Responsibilities

- Pick up orders from stores, restaurants, warehouses, or distribution centers.
- Verify delivery items to ensure the correct order is collected.
- Deliver packages to customers promptly and accurately.
- Plan and follow routes to reach destinations efficiently.
- Handle payments when cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are involved.
- Obtain proof of delivery, such as customer signatures, photos, or app confirmations.
- Maintain communication with customers and dispatch teams regarding delivery status.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by being polite and qualified.
- Follow traffic and safety regulations while driving or riding.
- Keep delivery vehicles in good condition, including basic maintenance and cleanliness.
- Report issues such as damaged goods, failed deliveries, accidents, or delays.
