Position: Sales Representative

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Representative to join Geeta Vastralaya. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable apparel, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent store service.

- Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their clothing requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on size, style, color, fabric, and budget.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, and offers.
- Handle counter sales and generate sales through effective communication.
- Upsell and cross-sell products wherever appropriate.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
- Check and replenish stock when required.
- Handle billing/POS operations as assigned.
- Manage customer queries, exchanges,



and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly counter.
- Coordinate with other store team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of apparel, fabrics, sizes, and fashion.
- Ability to recommend products confidently.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.

- Prior retail/apparel sales experience will be an advantage.
