We are looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, following up with prospects, supporting the sales process, and contributing to overall sales targets.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, references, social media, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services to customers and provide relevant information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team for solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the senior team and management to improve sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Prepare regular updates/reports regarding leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
