Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and physically fit Warehouse Helper to assist with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, shifting, stacking, sorting, and handling goods and supporting the warehouse and dispatch team.

The candidate should be willing to perform physical work and ensure that goods are handled carefully and kept properly at their assigned locations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload cartons, packages, books, and other goods from vehicles.
- Unpack incoming cartons and materials carefully.
- Assist in counting and checking goods received.
- Sort goods according to item, category, order, or assigned location.
- Shift and carry cartons within the warehouse.
- Stack and arrange goods properly on racks, shelves, or designated storage areas.
- Pick items from racks according to customer orders or packing lists.
- Assist in counting and verifying quantities before packing.
- Pack goods properly for customer delivery, transport, or courier.
- Seal, label, tie, and prepare cartons for dispatch.
- Ensure goods are packed safely to avoid damage during transportation.
- Assist in loading packed orders into delivery vehicles.
- Help in receiving returned goods and placing them in the correct location.
- Rearrange and organize stock whenever required.




- Assist during physical stock counting and stock verification.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the warehouse.
- Keep packing areas, racks, passages, and working areas clean and organized.
- Handle books and other products carefully to avoid damage.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly packed goods to the supervisor.
- Follow instructions from the Warehouse Incharge, Storekeeper, Dispatch Executive, or Management.
- Perform other warehouse, packing, and dispatch-related duties as required.
- Required Skills & QualitiesPhysically fit and capable of lifting and carrying cartons.
- Hardworking and willing to perform physical work.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Basic counting and reading ability.
- Ability to follow instructions properly.
- Careful handling of goods.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Willingness to work extra hours during peak seasons when required.

Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience as a Warehouse Helper, Packing Helper, Loader/Unloader, Store Helper, Godown Helper, Dispatch Helper, or Packing Assistant will be preferred.

Freshers who are physically fit, hardworking, and willing to learn may also apply.

Job Role SummaryThe Warehouse Helper will support the complete movement of goods within the warehouse, including loading, unloading, unpacking, sorting, stacking, picking, counting, packing, shifting, and dispatch preparation, while ensuring that the warehouse remains clean, organized, and operational at all times.
