About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to drive business growth, generate new leads, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and develop new business opportunities and sales leads.

* Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements.

* Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors,



and channel partners.

* Negotiate and close property deals effectively.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

* Maintain regular sales reports and update lead/customer information.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction and documentation processes.

Requirements

* Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in sales, business development, or real estate.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

* Good knowledge of sales processes and lead conversion.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* Candidates with real estate sales experience will be preferred.
