Conduct regular Panel Quality Checking at different stages of production.

Identify defective materials, panels and finished products and report issues to the concerned team.

Ensure production work is carried out as per approved drawings, measurements and quality standards.

Manage and coordinate with the production team for quality-related requirements.

Handle day-to-day production quality inspection and monitoring.

Maintain records of rejected, reworked and approved panels.

Ensure proper material handling to avoid damage and quality issues.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Site teams regarding quality concerns.

Take corrective action and follow up on repeated quality problems.

Ensure minimum rejection, wastage and rework in production.

Prepare daily/weekly quality reports for management.
