We are seeking an efficient Manufacturing Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our production floor. You will lead an assigned team of assembly workers, monitor machinery output, and troubleshoot minor workflow bottlenecks to meet targeted production quotas while adhering to strict quality and safety regulations

Key Responsibilities

- Production Oversight: Monitor assembly line speeds, raw material streams, and final product outputs.
- Staff Scheduling: Delegate specific tasks, manage schedules, and log employee daily attendance.
- Quality Control: Audit physical components against engineering blueprints and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Safety Compliance: Enforce the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment .
- First-Line Maintenance: Perform rapid troubleshooting on minor machine faults and call maintenance teams for technical breakdowns.
- Performance Tracking: Document daily shift metrics, scrap item counts, and output efficiency numbers.
- Floor Training: Onboard new hires on specific line mechanics and protected workstation handling
