Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Italian Pizza Chef who can prepare authentic, high-quality Italian pizzas while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare authentic Italian pizzas according to recipes and quality standards.
- Make and handle pizza dough, including fermentation, proofing, stretching, and shaping.
- Operate pizza ovens and maintain correct cooking temperatures.
- Prepare pizza sauces, toppings, cheese, and other ingredients.
- Maintain consistency in taste, size, presentation, and portioning.
- Ensure proper food storage, FIFO, and minimum wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pizza station and kitchen.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety, hygiene,



and company SOPs.
- Assist with menu development and new pizza creations when required.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience as a Pizza Chef or Italian Cuisine Chef.
- Solid knowledge of Italian pizza-making techniques.
- Experience with pizza dough fermentation and preparation.
- Knowledge of different pizza styles and toppings.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
- Preferred SkillsExperience with wood-fired, gas, or stone-deck pizza ovens.
- Knowledge of Neapolitan and contemporary Italian pizza.
- Ability to maintain consistent dough quality and fermentation.
- Experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or premium Italian outlet.
