Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for TMT steel bars.
- Develop business through dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and engineers.
- Visit construction sites regularly to generate new business opportunities.
- Appoint new dealers and strengthen the existing dealer network.
- Build relationships with architects, structural consultants, and project engineers to increase product specification and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely product delivery.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Prepare daily call reports (DCR), sales reports, and market feedback for management. (Jobaaj)




- QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in TMT steel, cement, or building materials sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai and nearby districts. (Jobhai)
