TEJA Sun Tech is expanding its solar business and looking for energetic Field Sales Executives who are interested in building a long-term career in the fast-growing solar industry.

? Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
- Petrol Allowance: Provided separately
- Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives based on qualified leads and successful project closures
- High performers can earn significantly more through incentives

There is no limit on incentives for strong performers.

Your Responsibilities

- Visit potential residential and commercial solar customers
- Generate new leads through daily field activity
- Explain rooftop solar, electricity-bill savings and available subsidy advantages
- Identify genuinely interested customers
- Arrange site visits and appointments
- Regularly follow up with prospects
- Develop local referral networks




- Coordinate with the Sales Manager for quotations and project closures
- Maintain daily lead and field-visit reports
- Achieve monthly lead and sales targets

Who We’re Looking For

- Field sales experience preferred
- Candidates from Solar, Finance, Insurance, Telecom, Automobile, FMCG or Direct Sales are welcome
- Freshers with robust communication and an interest in field sales can also apply
- Good Telugu communication
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Comfortable travelling throughout the assigned territory
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
