JOB DESCRIPTION – PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Position: Sr Physiotherapist/Physiotherapist – Homecare

Locations: Whitefield | Electronic City | Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Model: Home Visit / Field-Based

Salary & Allowance

Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Vehicle Allowance: ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 per month, depending on whether the candidate has their own vehicle.

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified, compassionate and motivated Physiotherapists to provide personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation services through home visits in Bengaluru.

The role involves assessing clients, developing customized rehabilitation plans, improving mobility and posture, managing pain, and supporting strength and functional recovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct personalized 1-on-1 physiotherapy sessions at clients' homes.

- Perform initial physiotherapy assessments and functional movement screenings.

- Develop and implement customized rehabilitation and exercise protocols.

- Provide treatment for musculoskeletal and age-related conditions.

- Focus on mobility improvement, posture correction, pain management, balance and fall prevention.

- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as required.

- Maintain accurate client/session records.

- Educate clients and family members regarding exercises, ergonomics and preventive care.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure holistic client care.

- Travel to assigned client locations within the designated area.





Eligibility & Skills

- BPT or MPT from a recognised institution.

- 1–3 years of experience in physiotherapy/clinical or homecare services preferred.

- Good knowledge of physiotherapy, rehabilitation exercises and functional movement therapy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate, patient and skilled approach towards clients.

- Ability to work independently during home visits.

- Valid driving licence and two-wheeler preferred/required for field visits.

- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for client home visits.

Working Hours

- 10 hours per day

- 6 days per week

- Sunday may be included depending on operational/client requirements.

Pf facility is also provided to Physiotherapist.

Final Round: Face-to-Face Interview at Office – Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka
