We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hygiene-focused Pani Puri Cook / Chaat Maker for our recent street food stall in Mira Road. The candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh pani puri water, fillings, and serving customers with high standards of cleanliness and taste.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare flavorful, authentic Pani Puri water (Teekha, Meetha, and Hing/Jeera variants) daily.
Prepare fresh potato/ragda fillings, chutneys, and spice mixes.
Serve customers quickly, accurately, and courteously during rush hours.
Maintain strict cleanliness, hand hygiene, and food safety standards at the stall.
Manage raw material stock (puris, spices, packaging) and report shortages in advance.
Ensure proper opening, setup, and end-of-day stall cleaning.
