As an **Accountant at the Raymond Showroom**, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the showroom.

We are looking for someone who is **responsible, trustworthy, organized, accurate, and capable of handling accounting work independently.**

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a retail business environment and should have a valuable understanding of accounting processes, billing, cash management, and financial documentation.

## ? Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate **day-to-day accounting records** for the showroom.

* Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts.

* Handle daily **cash and bank transactions** and maintain proper records.

* Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.

* Maintain and update ledgers and accounting books.





* Perform regular **bank and account reconciliation**.

* Monitor daily sales and ensure proper accounting entries are recorded.

* Verify billing and transaction details for accuracy.

* Track outstanding payments, receivables, and other financial requirements.

* Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

* Coordinate with management regarding financial transactions and accounting requirements.

* Ensure all accounting entries are completed accurately and on time.

* Assist with month-end closing and other accounting activities.

* Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

* Support the showroom team with other accounting and administrative responsibilities when required.
