Telecaller – Job Description

Position: Telecaller

Location: Srinagar Colony / Yella Reddy Guda, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.

- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

- Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients.

- Maintain customer details and call records.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive.

- Positive communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.

- Ability to achieve targets and handle follow-ups.

- Telugu and English communication skills preferred.

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
