Reports To: Logistics Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Operator to support daily logistics and warehouse operations. The role involves coordinating the movement of goods, handling documentation, monitoring deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring materials are transported safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the movement and transportation of goods and materials.

Receive, inspect, and dispatch goods according to company procedures.

Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, shipping documents, and other logistics records.

Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and provide status updates.

Coordinate with drivers, transporters, suppliers, customers, and warehouse teams.

Ensure goods are properly packed, labelled, loaded, and unloaded.

Maintain accurate stock and shipment records.

Track deliveries and follow up on delays or delivery issues.

Assist with warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, sorting, and storage.

Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.

Verify quantities and conditions of goods during receiving and dispatch.

Report damaged,



missing, or incorrect items to the concerned supervisor.

Follow company safety procedures and transportation regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Support the Logistics Supervisor in daily operational activities.

Qualifications

High school / Higher Secondary education or Diploma preferred.

Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office or logistics/ERP software.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions
