Job Description (JD) – Payroll Executive (Jewellery Industry)

Industry-Jewellery Retail / Manufacturing

Location-As per Company Requirement

Salary-Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Qualification:-

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Certification in Payroll, HR, or Labour Laws will be an added advantage.

Experience-Minimum 1 years of experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance

Gender Preference-Male / Female

Age Preference-Below 35 Years

Key Responsibilities:-

- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Prepare salary sheets, payslips, and payroll reports.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, and final settlements (F&F;).
- Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity,



and other applicable labour law compliances.
- Coordinate with Accounts and HR departments for payroll reconciliation.
- Support payroll audits and statutory inspections.

Required Skills:-

- Valuable understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Laws, Bonus, Gratuity, and Payroll Taxation.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, XLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with payroll software and HRMS systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

- Honest, responsible, and highly confidential in handling payroll data.
- Able to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
- Strong coordination skills with HR, Accounts, and Management.
