Aren HR Consultants is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and grow our Staffing & HR Services business. If you're confident, target-driven, and enjoy meeting clients, this role is for you.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month
- Fixed: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000

- RequirementsAny Graduate (MBA, BBA, B.Com, BE, etc.)
- Freshers with strong sales skills can apply
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel within Chennai (Two-wheeler preferred)
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate B2B leads through calling, networking, and field visits
- Meet HRs and business decision-makers
- Present staffing and recruitment solutions
- Follow up on proposals and close recent business
- Build long-term client relationships
