We are looking for a high-performance Field Sales Leader to drive EMI penetration and manage a team of in-store promoters across multiple non-electronics categories like Furniture, Healthcare, Wellness, Travel & Education for Pay Later business. (Credit / Debit Card EMIs)
This role is ideal for professionals who have scaled field teams, delivered revenue targets, and built robust merchant relationships in fintech, payments, or BFSI.
? Eligibility:
✅ MBA / Engineering (Preferred: Graduate+)
✅ Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience
✅ Proven team handling experience
✅ Excel skills necessary for the role
✅ Two-wheeler compulsory (extensive field travel required)
