We are urgently hiring multilingual candidates for Domestic Customer Support Voice processes at Marathahalli location.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls for clients across E-commerce, Tech, Travel, and Finance domains.

Language Requirements

We are hiring for the below language pairs. English + 1 Regional Language is mandatory

1. Hindi + English

2. Tamil + English

3. Malayalam+ English

4. Telugu + English

5.Kannada+ English

Key Responsibilities for Hindi E-Commerce and for Multilingual Customer Support roles

1. Handle customer queries via voice with high CSAT

2. Provide Customer support, product information, order status.

3. Maintain accuracy in CRM documentation and follow compliance

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

- Experience: Freshers and Experienced both can apply

- Language Proficiency:





- Native/fluent in Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu + Fluent English

-Native/fluent in Hindi + Fluent English

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, 25+ WPM typing.

- Other: Good customer handling skills, adaptable for rotational shifts.

-Only 1 Year Experienced candidates are eligible for Hindi Voice E-Commerce Voice Process

Salary & Benefits

- Hindi + English: Up to 27K CTC

- Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu + English: Up to 20K CTC
