Position Overview

Tora Tori Group is expanding its business development initiatives across Ranchi, Jharkhand. Our business vertical covers Wealth, Tech & Hospitality Sectors

We are seeking a dynamic candidate with 3-4 years of previous experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager, who can build strong relationships, manage field sales and drive growth across Tora Tori business verticals. Preferably Medical Pharma representation with solid relationships with doctors is add on advantage for candidate short listing.

This role blends B2B, B2C, HNI Engagement, Content Creation, Event Management, Portfolio Management and Business Development, making it ideal for candidates passionate about sales, marketing & management.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 3-4 years as a Sales Manager / Pharma Sector
- Skills:
- Excellent Presentation, Communication, Oratory, and Relationship Management
- Strong Time Sense, discipline, and follow-through
- Ability to conduct video interviews, workshops, and awareness sessions
- Passion: Sales, marketing, Field Engagement & Relationship Management
- Assets:



Must own a laptop and bike
- Location: Must be a localite of Ranchi
- Network: Strong rapport with Professionals, Business, Industrialists, etc,.
- Personality: Energetic, proactive, confident, and camera-friendly

2. MAP: Cover Medical Awareness Project

3. Digital City Partnership: Offer & Convert HNI segment

4. Brand Shots: Account Development with Subscription

5. App Downloads: Plan & Execute Mass Downloads

6. ADS: Offer, Convert & Manage Advertisement Revenue

7. Content: Connect, Create & Manage Content for App
