We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Sales Coordinator to manage customer orders from start to finish.

The candidate will coordinate between the sales team, production team, stock team, dispatch team, and customers to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive order details from the sales team and process the order internally.
- Check stock availability for ordered items.
- Coordinate with the production team if stock is not available or needs to be prepared.
- Follow up regularly on production status and expected readiness date.
- Arrange dispatch as per customer requirement and delivery schedule.
- Share dispatch details, tracking details, and delivery updates with customers.
- Keep customers informed about order status, delays, availability, and expected delivery date.
- Coordinate with internal teams to avoid delay or miscommunication.
- Maintain proper records of orders, stock status, pending orders, dispatches, and customer communication.




- Inform the concerned sales person or management if stock is not available or if any issue may affect delivery.
- Ensure every order is handled properly from receiving to final dispatch.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, email, and order records.
- Ability to follow up strongly with internal teams and customers.
- Good understanding of stock, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple orders at the same time.
- Experience in sales coordination, customer support, stock management, or dispatch coordination will be preferred.

Job Summary:

This role is suitable for a candidate who can take full responsibility after receiving an order from the sales person and manage everything from order processing, stock checking, production follow-up, dispatch arrangement, and customer updates until the order is completed.
