About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
2) Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
3) Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers.
4) Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM regularly.
Requirements:
1) 0–6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Freshers are welcome.
2) Valuable communication and convincing skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
3) Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM software.
4) Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
